About Me

I have been in the Real Estate business since 1988 and have lived in Wilmington for the last 12 years. I just love it here. I enjoy all the area has to offer from walking the Downtown River Walk to boating up & down the Intracoastal. From spending the day at one of the Coastal Beaches to visiting the Historical Sites around the region. It really is easy to sell something you believe in.

 I started my career in Northern NJ, just outside New York City at the age of 18. I began working as a rental agent and worked my way up to manage a successful Century 21 franchise with about 40 agents & 5 administrative staff. My wife and I decided to move to Wilmington after visiting family and falling in love with the area. Since then, I am amazed at how many trailing family members & friends have followed. It really confirms that Wilmington and the surrounding area is really a great place to live and do business.

 I have served on various committees for the Wilmington Association of Realtors including government affairs, long term planning and the candidate selection committee. I have also taken a strong roll in Affordable Housing. I have served as co-chair for 2 Affordable Housing Summit & Expos. And I am currently the Developer for brand new entry-level homes in Brunswick County.

Additionally, I have personally invested in real estate over the last 20 years. I have experience both in buying and holding real estate as a landlord and rehabbing properties. I currently own and manage several rental properties locally. I also am a founding member of the local REIA (CCREIA, Coastal Carolina Real Estate Investors Association) a past president and currently serve on the board of this non-profit trade association.

My wife Tracey works with me in the real estate business and we have 2 sons. As a family we enjoy spending as much time together as possible. My family and I love Wilmington. It’s Like Living On Vacation!
