I have a passion for Real Estate like no other.  I feel like Real Estate has been my calling and my way to help others get a leg up and succeed in their personal & financial lives.  Real Estate ownership, to me, is the difference between building personal family financial security & self reliance or falling behind by just trying to keep up.  I started with nothing but ambition and persistence and would like to help others accomplish their American Dream.

Additionally, I have personally invested in Real Estate over the last 20 years. I have experience both in buying and holding Real Estate as a landlord and rehabbing properties. I currently own and manage several rental properties locally. I also am a founding member of the local REIA (CCREIA, Coastal Carolina Real Estate Investors Association) and have served as Vice President of this non-profit trade association.

I believe in “Quality over Quantity” and it really shows with my work ethic and style. I am not part of any team, I answer the phone when you call and I am usually the 1^st person at the office in the morning and the last one to leave at night. I am a consultant first, making sure the customer is making the right decisions and an agent next and I hope a friend last. A lot of my customers come from referrals and past sellers & buyers.
